Polish furniture industry is developing extremely fast. Since the political transition exactly
25 years ago, the production of this sector has increased 61 times! Today, the economic leader of Central Eastern Europe is the 4th European manufacturer of furniture.

Furniture industry is considered as a real star of Polish exports. The estimated value of foreign sales reached €6.9 billion in 2013. Almost 90% of the total furniture production is exported.
It makes the sector the country’s biggest net exporter with a €5.2 billion of surpluses that no other Polish industry has ever reached. Moreover, Poland is one of the world’s biggest exporters of upholstery furniture for living rooms and dining rooms as well as furniture accessories. In terms of the number of tons of those products sold abroad, Poland has no equal in Europe. The country competes only with China - the global leader of exports in this segment.
